Members of BNI Strategic Alliances may have accounts on the Site to manage their directory listings. As a member, you are responsible for:

- Keeping your login credentials secure and not sharing them with unauthorized individuals.
- Ensuring that any content you submit, including headshot photos and business descriptions, does not infringe on the rights of others.
Content Ownership
User Submissions: You retain ownership of content you submit to the Site, such as headshot photos and business information. By submitting content, you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to display it on the Site and in related chapter materials.
AI-Generated Content: Certain content on the Site, including member descriptions and referral partner suggestions, is generated using artificial intelligence (Anthropic's Claude AI). AI-generated content is provided as a convenience and may be edited by members. We do not guarantee the accuracy or completeness of AI-generated content.
Website Content: All other content on the Site, including design, layout, and text, is the property of BNI Strategic Alliances or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
Prohibited Conduct
When using the Site, you agree not to:
- Use the Site for any illegal or unauthorized purpose.
- Submit false, misleading, or fraudulent information.
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Site, other user accounts, or connected systems.
